What is the return policy?
We hope you love your Kindnest purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return:
unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs
To Start a Return:
Please email us at hello@kindnest.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Once approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

My item arrived damaged, what do i do?
We’re so sorry! We hand pack every order with love, so if it arrived damaged, it was likely during shipping. Please email us at hello@kindnest.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll take care of it quickly.
